Alfredo Corneliani began making tailored raincoats and outerwear in Mantua, Italy, in the 1930s and the company really came into its own in the ’50s.  Coats are still a strength, combining traditional elegance with innovative technology, but the label is now also known for its finely tailored suits and sportcoats.
