SHIPPING
We offer free standard ground shipping for orders over $250 in the US. For orders under $250, M PENNER charges a flat rate of $15 per order. We also offer expedited shipping to be paid by the customer. For local customers, in-store pick up is also available at no charge.
RETURNS
All of us at M PENNER want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return for a refund under our return policy.
Please review our return policy carefully to ensure your return is in compliance prior to returning your items.
- Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with original tags attached. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted.
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of all returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Shoes must be returned with their original box inside another box to protect from damage. Do not place a shipping label directly on the shoe box.
- Jewelry, eyewear, fragrance, and apothecary items are not eligible for return.
- Sale items. All sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.
- M PENNER does not offer free returns and the cost of returning is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Once we have received your return merchandise and we have confirmed it is in compliance with our return policy, we will process your refund to your original payment method, less any original shipping charges.
