Shipping & Returns


UPS Ground Shipping is available on all orders for $14.95 flat rate. For orders over $250, that option is free. This discount will automatically apply at checkout if your cart meets the minimum requirements.

Free In-store pickup: pick up at our Houston store is available to all of our customers in the area. Take advantage by choosing the store pickup option when checking out.

If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We do our best to ship same-day and you can plan for x-x days for it to make it to your door. We get all orders out the door as quickly as possible, but please understand that there may be slower turnaround time during sale events and peak shopping days.

What if my package gets lost?

While it doesn't happen very often, we make sure to take good care of you if it does. Just give us a call and we'll help get it resolved.

Returns & Exchanges

We always want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return it within xx days of receiving your package.

All items must be in their original condition, and original tags must be attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your original receipt when exchanging or returning. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item please email within 48 hours of delivery, please include your name, date of purchase, a picture of the damaged item and a description of the damage.
