Return & Exchange Policy

Q: What Is Your Return Policy?

A: M PENNER will accept returns within 14 days. Item(s) must be returned to the store or postmarked back to us by the 14th day of receipt of merchandise. We will not accept items that have been worn, without original tags attached, and not in pristine condition. Sale items, jewelry, and fragrance are are not eligible for return.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Q: Can Sale Items Be Returned or Exchanged?

A: Sale Items Are FINAL SALE and Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged.

Q: How Do I Return or Exchange An Item?

A: Full-priced merchandise (excluding jewelry and fragrance) is returnable and eligible for a pre-paid UPS return label by M PENNER. Please email customerservice@mpenner.com regarding your return or exchange and we will email you a UPS label to affix to your package and drop off at a UPS store. You may use another courier or your choice to ship items back; however, we do not cover returns from other carriers.  Remember to keep all paperwork regarding tracking information. Once received and approved, we will refund you back to the original payment. Please note that all Sale items are Final Sale, and therefore not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Q: How Long Will It Take To Receive My Refund?

A: We thank you in advance for your patience while your return is processed. It can take 5-10 business days once the return is approved for a refund to appear on your credit card statement depending on your financial institution, but please feel free to reach out to us at any point in the process for a status update.

Q: I Purchased Something On Sale, and Now It’s Marked Down Further – Do You Offer Price Adjustments?

A: M PENNER doesn’t offer price adjustments. Further, all sale items are final sale.  

Placing an order

Q: Can I Place an Order by Phone?

A: We’ll happily accept phone orders. Please call our store at 713-527-8200 during regular business hours for further assistance.

Q: Does Placing An Item In My Shopping Bag Guarantee That I Will Receive It?

A: Items placed in your shopping bag are not guaranteed until you place your order. 

Q: Will I Need To Pay Sales Tax On My Order?

A: Residents of Texas pay 8.25% sales tax on online purchases from MPENNER..  

Q: Can I Send An Order As A Gift?

A: Absolutely! We’re happy to gift wrap items for you and include a handwritten note to the recipient. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any special requests – we are always happy to accommodate. Please input the gift recipient’s shipping address during the checkout process. 

Shipping 

Q: How Do I Track My Order’s Processing and Shipment?

A: Once you've completed the online checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. When your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email from us containing your tracking number. You can always call/email us for a more detailed status update, especially regarding time sensitive items.

We require a signature on orders over $500.  All orders under $500 are shipped without signature requirement.  M PENNER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If you would like for us to place a signature requirement on your package under $500, please email customerservice@mpenner.com and we will update your order.  

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Q: How Much Is Shipping?

A: We happily cover shipping and returns for orders over $250. For orders under $250, we charge a $15 flat rate fee to ship and do not provide return shipping labels. Additionally, we have an expedited option for a fee of $25 and an overnight option at $50 regardless of order amount. 

In addition to shipped orders and returns, we offer instore Pick-Up and Return Service!  When you select this option at checkout, we will send an email to alert you that your purchase is ready for in store pick-up at 1180-06 Uptown Park Blvd, Houston 77006.
